The terms governing your use of the Dr Asif Diet app and website.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dr Asif Diet mobile application and the website at drasifdiet.com (together, the "Service"), operated by KANJU LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14762643). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 or over to use the Service. The app includes safety checks at sign-up and may prevent use where it is not appropriate. By using the Service you confirm you are eligible and that the information you provide is accurate.
Dr Asif Diet offers a personalised, evidence-based weight-management experience based on Dr Asif Mushtaq's ABS-X method, including calorie guidance, a structured challenge, progress tracking, and an AI coach. The guidance is educational and general in nature and does not constitute personalised medical advice.
The Service, including the AI coach, provides general information and educational guidance only. The AI coach generates automated responses and may not always be accurate or complete; it does not create a doctor–patient relationship and must not be relied upon as medical advice or as a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. You should use your own judgement and seek professional advice before acting on any guidance. If you feel unwell or have specific medical concerns, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to the plan you choose, and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple or Google account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. Any free-trial terms, including the length of the trial and the price that applies afterwards, will be described at the point of purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in line with their respective refund policies, as they are the seller of record for in-app purchases. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales are not affected.
The Service, including the ABS-X method content, the app, its design, and all related materials, is owned by KANJU LTD and Dr Asif Mushtaq and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Where you have a paid subscription, cancellation is handled as described in the Subscriptions section above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KANJU LTD is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service, including any health outcomes. You use the guidance at your own discretion and remain responsible for your own health decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law.
We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
