In short: we collect only the information needed to provide you with a personalised weight-management experience, we never sell your data, and you can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@drasifdiet.com.

3. Legal basis for processing

Under UK data protection law, we process your data on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), the performance of our contract with you (to provide the app you have signed up for), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service. Health-related information is treated as a special category of data and handled with additional care.

4. The AI coach

The app's AI coach is powered by a third-party AI provider. When you use the coach, your messages are processed to generate a response. We do not send more personal information than necessary to provide this feature, and we do not use your coach conversations to identify you to third parties.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the Service — for example, secure cloud hosting, subscription processing (via the Apple App Store and Google Play), and the AI provider that powers the coach.
